Quinn’s head and ears filled with music by Three Days Grace as she pulled out her notebook and jotted some music notes down. She smiled, patting the rhythm account her thigh with her hand, trying to imagine the sound in her head. She was a musician, this is what she did in her free time, besides getting into trouble and partying. Quinn didn’t realize, but she looked up and saw a handsome brunette, whom was wearing a beanie, standing in front of her. She pulled her headphones out behind her thick hair and looked confused, “Aiden?” She said, smiling once she realized who it was. “Yeah, i’m Quinn.” She said, putting her notebook back in her lyric bag and standing up, draping it over her shoulder.

“So, you’re the rebellious photographer?” She smirked. Walking outside and hoping he was following her because she wasn’t turning back for anything.

My throat hurts, and my nose is stuffy.

Quinn looked in the filthy mirror in the bathroom of her cheap hotel room. She sighed, ruffling her curly, red hair and winking at herself. She walked back to the room and picked up her pack of cigarettes, stuffing them into the pocket of her denim shorts over her black fishnets. She put her phone in the other pocket and then picked up her new leather jacket off her bed, sliding it over her Ramones t-shirt, sliding on some Nike slides before heading out of her hotel room to meet up with Aiden in the lobby.

She was intrigued by Aiden. Most of the time, people annoyed her and she normally wasn’t afraid to admit it to their faces. However, Aiden was cool in her eyes. She looked at him as if he was the annoying guy picking at your hair in third period, yet the cute guy that would still carry your books for you even if you called him names everyday. He was interesting, yes. He was dangerous, sort of. She was in need of a friend? Definitely, even if she wouldn’t admit it in a million years.

She walked into the lobby after stepping out of the now vacant elevator and sat down near the main entrance, taking out her Ipod and stuffing her headphones in her ears, patiently waiting for the rebellious soul.
